Specific learning difficulties
Where a referral concerns a possible specific learning difficulty such as dyslexia or dyscalculia, suitability is discussed before the referral is accepted. The exact measures required depend on age, history, the presenting question and any requirements of the intended recipient.
No provider can guarantee that a report will be accepted by every school, college, examination body or other third party. If a report is needed for a particular formal purpose, tell us at the outset so those requirements can be considered before assessment.

Reports can be scoped for HSE requirements
Where a report is intended for an HSE or HSE funded service, tell us at referral so the receiving service’s requirements can be considered. Acceptance remains with that service.
